BYOB Claytastic Nights Announcing our newest event starting in September. You’ve heard of the painting parties. Now, let’s do it with clay. Come for an evening of guided instruction of specific clay projects in a casual astmosphere. You can sip wine, visit with friends, and make a tea pot, serving dish, vase, or whatever we have on the sleight. It’s called “handbuilding” so you don’t have to sweat about working on the wheel. Clay work is often referred to a “soul work” because when you get your hands into clay, it puts you in touch with the earth, and that soothes the soul. We’ll provide all the supplies needed. Grab your favorite bottle of wine and let’s get our hands dirty. These events will be on Friday and Saturday evenings starting in September and are priced at $40. Ages 16 and up. • Browse our classes. The next cycle of pottery classes for adults begins September 7 -- 11. The next session will start October 26. • We have a new pottery class for advanced students called “Throw Along with a Master Potter.” These classes are designed for those of you who don't want to commit to a six-week full session but want to keep throwing, or you want to just learn a few new tricks. Each class is a separate project and designed to be completed in one evening. Check out the current projects scheduled and let us know what you would like to learn how to do on the wheel.
